I’ve been refining these key tools for over 15 years and trust me they work!


If your just starting your journey to a learner, healthier you then I recommend setting yourself achievable goals, let’s say aiming for 1-2 rules per month.

  1. Drink only water, 1 litre per 25kg of Bodyweight is a good starting point.
  2. Aim for 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep in total darkness.
  3. Start your morning with a source or protein and fat.
  4. Aim to eat a lean source protein with every meal, start with 2g per learn kilo of body mass.
  5. Eat at least 5-10 portions of fruit and veg a day per day.
  6. Avoid gluten found in processed foods like pasta and bread.
  7. Earn your carbs!
  8. Don’t eat fat FREE, instead chose to eat healthy fats like nuts, seeds and cold pressed olive oil.
  9. Use a good probiotic to boost your gut health.
  10. Supplement omega 3 fatty acids.
