Remember if your goal is to lose body fat then your focus in every workout should be to rev-up your metabolism and keep it revved up for the rest of your day.
That’s why the Squat for me is the top exercise to do this. It is key to increasing and maintaining lean muscle tissue.
It’s also a compound exercise which means your be working more than just one muscle at a time, therefore your body will require fair more energy (calories) than say a bicep curl or leg extension which are both isolation exercises, and as only a single muscle is required these exercises use less calories.

A1) Kettlebell Squat x 10-12 reps /3010 tempo / 10 Rest
A2) Bodyweight Split Squat x 10-12 reps / 3010 tempo / 10 Rest
A3) Leg Press x 20-25 reps / 2010 tempo / 60 Rest
A4) Lat Pull Down x 10-12 reps / 3010 tempo / 10 Rest
A5) Bent Over Row x 10-12 reps / 3010 tempo / 10 Rest
